Terms of Use

WizardHT is a computer program installed on the user's machine. It connects to the game Huntera using credentials the user registers themselves, and performs game actions automatically according to the chosen configuration.

The program is not operated by us. There is no server of ours running the game, holding characters or keeping sessions open. Everything happens on the user's computer, and stops happening when that computer is turned off.

WizardHT is an independent project. We have no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or authorisation from Huntera or from whoever publishes it, and no trademark mentioned here belongs to us.

The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the software, valid while there are days left in the user's balance, limited to the number of slots contracted.

The licence grants the right to use the program. It does not transfer ownership of the software, grants no rights over the source code, and does not authorise resale, sublicensing, redistribution or sharing of the licence key with third parties.

Slots bought on the lifetime plan stay attached to the user's account indefinitely. That concerns the slot, not the running time: a lifetime slot only operates while there are days in the balance.

The game account is yours. We do not create, sell, rent or recover Huntera accounts, and we have no way of acting on them.

The proxy is yours. We do not sell, resell or recommend proxy providers. The program accepts an HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy supplied by the user, and the terms of that proxy are a contract between the user and whoever provides it.

Keeping the computer on, powered and connected is a condition for the program to work, and is the user's responsibility. Balance days elapse whether or not the program is running.

Complying with Huntera's own terms of use is the user's responsibility. It is up to them to assess whether using automation is compatible with those terms before purchasing.

Automating an account may breach the game's terms of use and result in a warning, suspension or permanent ban of the account, at the sole discretion of whoever operates Huntera.

We do not promise, under any circumstances, that using WizardHT is undetectable. The program aims not to behave like a broken client, and that is not the same as guaranteeing it will not be identified.

By purchasing, the user declares they are aware of this risk and accept it in full. A ban, or the loss of a character, items or progress, gives no right to a refund, damages, credited days or compensation of any kind.

The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level reached, experience per hour, items obtained, gold accumulated or any other in-game outcome.

Huntera is a third-party system and may be changed, updated, interrupted or shut down without notice. Changes to it may break WizardHT, in part or entirely, and we commit only to reasonable effort in adapting — not to a deadline.

We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, loss of game progress or indirect damages arising from the use or the impossibility of use of the program.

It is forbidden to resell, rent, lend or distribute the program or the licence key; to share one licence between different people; and to run more simultaneous slots than were contracted.

It is forbidden to modify, decompile or reverse engineer the program for the purpose of bypassing licence verification or the slot limit.

Where a breach is established, the licence may be suspended or terminated without refund of the remaining balance, without prejudice to any other applicable remedy.

These terms may change. Material changes are announced on the site with a new effective date, and apply to purchases made from that date onwards. Balance already purchased remains governed by the terms in force on the date of purchase.

The user may stop using the program at any time, simply by uninstalling it. Stopping on the user's own initiative does not trigger a refund of the balance, save for the right of withdrawal described in the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the consumer relationships they create follow the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Where this English version and the Portuguese one diverge, the Portuguese version prevails.

The jurisdiction stated in the supplier identification at the top of this document is elected for any dispute — without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
